Staff was friendly and helpful again. They gave a floor fan which was the only one they had and that was really appreciated. It’s so hot in Germany. Really friendly and helpful people. Walking around was nice and public transport was easy to use. The bus goes straight to terminal one at Frankfurt Airport.
