We found the room to be clean and mostly comfortable, with a kitchenette, a comfortable bed, and a good desk for working. In the basement, washers and dryers were available at no charge, and each morning the lobby offered a basic breakfast with cereals, juice, coffee, and tea. The hotel was also easy to reach by tram from the Hauptbahnhof.
